Cornering tip: To develop solid cornering skills for moderate to high speed flat corners, try rotating your torso to look into the desired direction of your turn with 'all 3 eyes'. As you increase speed, get lower and lower to keep a low centre of gravity, to be able to lean the bike over farther to gain traction and maintain momentum! Have fun!

Dates: April 25 & May 2 (Two Sundays) Location: In Squamish If you are training for the Test of Metal, this two day clinic will help you get ready with expert “on-course”advice, skill sessions and training tips to help you reach your goals. Mountain bike instructor, 8-time TOM racer, and cycling coach Cynthia Young will take you through the Test of Metal course piece by piece – focusing on technique, strategy, efficiency, riding skills and race preparation (including information on equipment, nutrition, and training). You will receive all the key ingredients to be ready to race or ride in this epic event.
