EB Riding Tip:

Brake setup: How many fingers do you brake with? These days, with the technology of disc brakes, we are able to have much more control of our brakes with much less effort.
Try moving your brake levers towards the center of the bike, so that you can comfortably squeeze the brake lever with one finger (index). This will give you all the power you need, much better control and it will improve your handlebar grip too!

Hot Wheels Camp a huge success!

First rock face, with confidence!Thanks to all who came out and made this weekend so much fun. All you girls rock the planet.
For those of you who were curious, couldn't make it or were not sure what to think, this camp turned out to be a complete success with 27 women filling the program and special guest professional riders/coaches such as Daamiann Skelton and Danika Schroeter as well as your hosts Katrina Strand and Kelli Sherbinin.



If you missed out this time, you may want to look into our next camp running up in Whistler on July 15 & 16. We just changed the dates and are now hosting the camp on Saturday evening from 5:30 - 8pm and Sunday all day from 9- 4pm. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity with world class instruction on a world class mountain.
