    EB Riding Tip:

Cornering tip: To develop solid cornering skills for moderate to high speed flat corners, try rotating your torso to look into the desired direction of your turn with 'all 3 eyes'. As you increase speed, get lower and lower to keep a low centre of gravity, to be able to lean the bike over farther to gain traction and maintain momentum! Have fun!

    Congratulations to EB's Eric Lawrenuk!

Congratulations to EB's Eric Lawrenuk, who competed in Mt. Washington's first annual Sleeman's Jump Jam and came out on top in the Expert class! Eric has been working hard to hone his jumping skills and he is definitely a rider to watch out for in the future.

Eric's smooth style, deep bag of tricks and technical ability set him aside from the other jumpers. Riders were forced to battle some wind, wet weather and even some wet jumps to put on a show. Eric and the rest of the jumpers did a great job putting some 'wow' into the crowd at Mt. Washington.

Kat Duffels & EB Chickas at Mt. 7 Psychosis

    Posted: August 27, 2007

The EB chickas recently attended Red Bull's Mt. 7 Psychosis race in Golden, BC and Chickas' team member Kat Duffels wrote the following article about this event.

To summarize, the race has an appropriate slogan as "the most demented DH race on earth". This race is nuts. How nuts?

Scott Ransom review by Pedal Magazine

    Posted: August 14, 2007

Want to know why EB coaches like their Scott Ransom's so much? Find out here, in this Pedal Magazine Bike Review.

There's no question six-inch-travel bikes are the fastest-growing trend in mountain bikes. Manufacturers are putting much of their research and development time into the all-mountain segment, and the result is one of the most competitive segments in the bike industry. The question is, with that much competition, how do you make your design stand out from the rest? Scott has clearly figured out the answer.

    EB & Shimano at Crankworx

    Posted: August 1, 2007

Crankworx was another great show this year, with thousands of people in attendance for Whistler's 9-day gravity inspired festival. There was riding for everyone: trails, bike park, dirt jumps, xc and epics.

EB was present at the Shimano booth all week working the crowds and educating them on some of Shimano's new 2008 products. All we can say, is wait until you see the new XT group, it's hot!

A big thanks to everyone from Shimano who joined us for some riding in the Bike Park. Another big thank you to everyone else who came by and those who we got to ride with!
