EB Riding Tip:

Brake setup: How many fingers do you brake with? These days, with the technology of disc brakes, we are able to have much more control of our brakes with much less effort.
Try moving your brake levers towards the center of the bike, so that you can comfortably squeeze the brake lever with one finger (index). This will give you all the power you need, much better control and it will improve your handlebar grip too!

BMBA Trail Day: Saturday Sep 13th, Burnaby

Here's an opportunity to lend a hand to keep the trails on Burnaby Mountain sustainable. We hope to see you there!

BMBA in conjunction with the city of Burnaby Parks & Recreation department is hitting the trails again for some much needed work. The Trail Day will be on Lower Snake Trail.

Saturday September 13, 2008. 8:30am start.

Meet at the foot of Lower Snake Trail.

Lunch supplied by the BMBA!

EB's Pump Track at Crankworx

Get your pump on! Wednesday August 13-Sunday August 17, 10am-6pm!

EB's popular Pump Track will be making it's return at Crankworx in Whistler. Stop by and make a donation to a good cause and go for a few laps on the Pump Track! Bring your bike and your helmet. All riders under the age of 18, need parent/guardian to sign waiver.


EB's Pump Track has made appearances this year at Vancouver Outdoor Show, Lynn Valley Days, Test of Metal, SnoCovers Vancouver and now at Crankworx Whistler!

Come check it out! Lot 1 in the Whistler Day Lots! Open daily!
