EB Riding Tip:

Cornering tip: To develop solid cornering skills for moderate to high speed flat corners, try rotating your torso to look into the desired direction of your turn with 'all 3 eyes'. As you increase speed, get lower and lower to keep a low centre of gravity, to be able to lean the bike over farther to gain traction and maintain momentum! Have fun!

Adult Progression Session: Learn To Ride – Update

Posted: April 22, 2009

Tuesday night was the third week of EB’s Adult Progression Session: Learn to Ride. The word from coaches Rick and Shannon is the participants are starting to find their form and that they’re looking much more confident on their bikes. For the third week of Adult Progression Session: Learn to Ride, the EB crew brought out the ladders, skinnies, teeter totters, and a variety of other structures. I could tell by the initial look on the participants face that they were not too sure about the structures. As the session progressed though, the non believers were being converted and even the “I cant’s” were riding skinnies like a seasoned North Shore veteran.
