Test of Metal – Sunday Training Clinics – Apr 25 & May 2

Dates: April 25 & May 2 (Two Sundays)
Location: In Squamish
If you are training for the Test of Metal, this two day clinic will help you get ready with expert “on-course”advice, skill sessions and training tips to help you reach your goals.
Mountain bike instructor, 8-time TOM racer, and cycling coach Cynthia Young will take you through the Test of Metal course piece by piece – focusing on technique, strategy, efficiency, riding skills and race preparation (including information on equipment, nutrition, and training). You will receive all the key ingredients to be ready to race or ride in this epic event.
