EB Riding Tip:

Riding Tip: Try to relax as much and as often as you can when you ride. Easier said than done, we know but the benefits of this will quickly reveal themselves. Resting for even split seconds at a time will help you recover and preserve energy, as well as allow the bike to move around under you, keeping you in a balanced over the bike.
