Tune up your skills in time for the season ahead!
Our Spring Tune Up is ideal for Level 2 / 3 riders that have be off the saddle throughout the winter, and looking to quickly make the transition back into two wheels! Taught by our Certified Professional PMBI Instructors, this full day session provides you with the perfect opportunity to dial in your skills and develop as a rider.
The day will be split into two sections and will give you that initial blast of momentum to carry you through the riding season. The morning will focus on technical skill development and will lead you through several levels of progressions. The afternoon will take place entirely on the trail, where you will have the chance to apply and develop your new skills as we ride.
Riders will leave the day with a new understanding of how to get the most fun from their riding, while improving efficiency for longer rides with more success!

Does this session suit my level of riding?
Our Spring Tune up is aimed at riders at our Level 2 / 3 who comfortably ride blue North Shore trails, although may still challenged by some features / sections found on black trails.
Our Spring Tune up is not ideal for beginner riders, or those that are challenges by more blue trails.
What to bring / wear?
You will be provided with a full itinerary with equipment check-list upon registration, although to give you an overview:
- A mountain bike that's been checked & tuned by your local bike shop.
- A helmet & cycling gloves are mandatory. Leg & arm armor, along with a second pair of gloves, are recommended.
- Water & Snacks in a small backpack that has a hip strap to ride with.
- An appropriate sized inner tube for the your bike is mandatory.
- Cycling / sports clothing & a rain jacket.
Where will I be riding?
We'll use a variety terrain in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve and Mt.Fromme. The whole day will be spend on trail, with skill progression session sessions in the morning and riding time in the afternoon!
