For ten years, our Enduro Training Program has been helping riders prepare for the their best season yet. During this intensive program you’ll receive a 12-week training schedule in conjunction with professional coaching & instruction designed to improve your bike specific fitness, handling skills and overall efficiency.
Endorsed by the BC Bike Race & Spakwus50, this program has been designed by Olympian Andreas Hestler and BCBR winner Cynthia Young. By the end of this program you’ll be prepared to take on your 2019 goals with speed and confidence.
New for 2019
We are excited to announce some new improvements this year! We’re now offering a leaner, meaner and more customizable training plan! We’ll meet up every Tuesday evening for focussed sessions with some of the highest trained instructors/coaches in the business,
Throughout the 2019 program you’ll train with Andreas Hestler, Jaime Hill, Kelli Sherbinin, Darren Butler, Elladee Brown, Amy Pryce-Phillips on Tuesday evenings, and work through your detailed training plan for the rest of the week, before retuning for more the following week.
The changes we’re made are designed to give you more flexibility, and allow you to customize your training to your specific goals / challenges.
MAP testing (Maximum Aerobic Power). Testing will be on the first day of the program determine your personal training zones for accurate training efforts.
Tuesday Intervals - meet once a week to check in with your coach and for some rewarding intervals
Thursday Hill Climbing Efforts - more detailed training details on how to maximize your weekly efforts
Free Flow Saturdays - open for your to attend suggested events/races or book a skills improvement session with an EB instructor.
20% Discount on Private /Semi-Private Lesson(s) - for those who need a trained eye to help them improve their technical climbing, cornering techniques, or efficiency on the trails

Is this program right for me?
Our Enduro Training Program is not for everyone! Participants must have a moderate level of fitness, exercise 2-3times per week, ride blue/black trails on the North Shore trails for 2-3hrs at a time.
This program is designed for riders with a specific goal in mind, whether that be a summer riding trip, BCBR, Spakwus50, etc.
Our Enduro Training Program is not intended for beginner riders with little endurance and / or commitment.
Who will be coaching me?
This program has an amazing line-up of instructors and coaches! You’ll get the opportunity to ride learn from a handful of our best PMBI Instructors such as Kelli Sherbinin, Jaime Hill and Amy Price Philips, along with racing pedigrees such as Andreas Hestler and Marty Lazarski.
Am I given a training schedule to follow?
Yes. Our 12-week program gives you a daily schedule to follow to ensure you are getting the right mileage, efforts and rest for optimal training outcomes.
