GRIP: Girls Riding with Integrity & Purpose
GRIP is a mountain biking program for girls and gender‑expansive youth that grows riding skills, confidence, resilience, and friendships in a supportive, inclusive space.
Riding together teaches bike skills plus life skills, communication, goal‑setting, and honest self‑reflection.
We celebrate progress, support each other through challenges, and have fun. For those wanting to improve and grow on and off the bike.
