FAQs

4hr or 8hr RidePass?

If you want to ride areas such as Squamish, Sunshine Coast, Fraser Valley or do longer rides on The Shore - you'll want the 8hr RidePass!

If your looking to get out for multiple short blasts on the trail, or are riding with kids perhaps our 4hr option is best!

How do I use my RidePass?

Once you purchase a RidePass, we'll email over your unique RidePass codes! If you purchased a 3 x RidePass, you'll get 3 codes, a 5 x RidePass, you'll get 5 codes, and a 10 x RidePass you'll get 10 codes.

You'll use these codes to book your rentals online through our website. Just enter them in as a promo code and they will adjust the price accordingly!

Each code is unique to you, and can only be used once.

How long can I ride for?

Depending on which type of RidePass you purchase, you can either ride for 'up to 4hrs' or 'up to 8hrs'. We have two options!

While we'd love to let you ride for longer, you cannot use more than one pass at a time to extend your ride time. We have awesome multi-day rental rates if you would like to take a bike for an extended period of time!

When is my RidePass valid until?

You can use your 2025 Ride Pass from Januray 1, 2025 until December 15, 2025.

What bikes are available when?

We always recommend that you book ahead of time so that you can be sure to get on the bike and size you want. Our rental fleet is open to those that do not have RidePasses as well, so be sure to use your unique codes to reserve ahead of time.

Our fleet of bikes are available year round, but we have the most selection from April to October.
