Founders/Owners

Endless Biking: Built from the Ground Up by Riders, for Riders

Endless Biking was founded in 2004 by Kelli Sherbinin and Darren Butler — respected athletes, coaches, and ambassadors with over 50 years of combined experience in the mountain bike industry. What began as a shared passion for the sport during their days as professional racers in the late 1990s has since grown into a lifelong commitment to mountain biking education, community, and culture.

Kelli and Darren bring a powerful combination of experience in freeriding, racing, coaching, guiding, team management, curriculum development, risk management, and media production. Together, they’ve helped shape industry standards, led instructor and guide training across North America, and contributed to countless video, photo, and TV projects. Their complementary skills and shared passion have made them respected leaders in mountain bike education and community development and have helped shape the standards the industry now relies on.
With a clear vision to make mountain biking more accessible, inclusive, and empowering, they built Endless Biking to break down barriers—offering high-quality skills development, coaching, and tourism opportunities for riders of all levels, backgrounds, and ages. They also opened pathways for passionate individuals to build meaningful careers in the bike industry.
As co-founders of the Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association (PMBIA) and more recently the Global Syndicate of Mountain Bike Coaches (GSMBC), Kelli and Darren have been at the helm of instructor and guide training throughout BC, and beyond—certifying coaches globally and leading the charge in professionalizing mountain bike education.
Mountain biking changed their lives, and they believe it has the power to change others’ too. Through every lesson, ride, and connection, they continue to lead by example—sharing what they’ve learned, supporting the next generation, and creating #goodtimesonbikes that last a lifetime.
