Booking Process

Lesson Requested

Request
a Date & Time for your lesson with a 50% deposit.

2.
We’ll work to schedule your request with one of our instructors & get back to you in 24 – 48hrs with next steps.

3.
Once we’ve confirmed an instructor, we’ll email you with a final date, time & place.

Lesson Confirmed

4.
We’ll process final payment at the time of confirmation.

5.

What will I learn?

The benefit of our Private Lessons is that we focus on what you want to learn!

Prior to your lesson we will work to learn more about you, your riding and your goals so that we can make full use of our time together. Your instructor will create a lesson plan based on the information that we gather during the booking process, ensuing that you ride away a stronger, more skilled and confident rider.

Where will we ride?

Once we’ve had a chance to learn more about you and your specific goals, we’ll reach out with a meeting location that will best suit your riding ability and the aims of the lesson. We use a variety of different trails and terrain areas across The North Shore.

What to bring / wear?

- A mountain bike that's in good working order & has been checked / tuned by your local bike shop.

- A helmet & cycling gloves are mandatory. Leg & arm armor, along with a second pair of gloves, are recommended.

- Water & Snacks in a small backpack that has a hip strap to ride with.

- Cycling / sports clothing & a rain jacket.

Who will I be riding with?

All of our instructors are professionally trained & hold valid certification and first aid. You can check out all of our instructors / guides here!
