1. Pre-Authorization

All rentals require a credit card pre-authorization.

$1000 per hardtail bike
$2000 per full suspension bike
$100 - $250 for equipment

2. Crash Coverage (optional)

Four different options to choose from, or decline and take full responsibility for the cost of any potential damage.

Covered as standard:

  • 3M Tape Scuffs

  • Minor Cosmetic Scratches

  • Broken Chain

Never covered:

  • Damage caused through neglect, such as:
    - falling off a car/bus rack
    - bikes/pedals rubbing against each other in transit, shuttle damage.

  • Theft or loss of bike / equipment.

  • Any / all damage not associated with cycling.

3. Late Fee / End of Day Returns

  • Bikes retuned after the time they are due back will be automatically upgraded to the next time / price bracket.

  • Bikes retuned within 30 minutes of closing will be processed the next day using your pre-authorization for payment.
