SESSION #1 Overview
Theme: Introduce Concepts
Topics: Postioning (Climbing & Descending), Controls (Cadence & Braking)
We’ll work through some key fundamental skills including: Positioning for stability & balance, braking, gearing, cadence and shifting techniques and more! The skills acquired today will be the foundation for the program.

SESSION #2 Overview
Theme: Try it on trail & Develop.
Topics: Try it on trail - Terrain Awareness, where to use each and some practice time, gaining some easy mileage.
We will then introduce various terrain awareness tactics and further development our skills on trail to improve your overall riding.

SESSION #3 Overview
Theme: Try it on trail & Expand
Topics: Trail Scanning Expand (Gradients & Surface), Slow Speed Balance & Control (STT w Brake Drag, Ratchet & Steer)
We’ll continue to work on good terrain awareness and essential skills that help you flow on the trails!

SESSION #4 Overview
Theme: Apply it on Trail & Perform
Topics: Put it all together on fun trails! Try your foundation!
This is our chance to explore a new trail network & broaden your future ride options. We’ll utilize all the skills from the previous sessions & fill the session with #goodtimesonbikes.
Trails will be selected based on the ability of the group & the current trail conditions.
