RIDE #1 Overview
Meet your guide & check-in at Mt.Fromme Water Towers.
We’ll start with group introductions & bike checks, then begin the ride with an easy lap around some of the lower trails to warm up. We’ll progress to more varied terrain as we ensure everyone is in the correct group and is having fun.
This ride will focus on assessing rider ability and exploring all the the lower Fromme trail has to offer.
Pick-up location at Upper Lynn Elementary School.
RIDE #2 Overview
Our second ride of the month will agian be on Mt. Fromme!
Meet your guide at the Water Towers just above the Parking Lot for check-in.
Please note that we want to avoid congestion in the drop-off area. Please park in the parking lot and walk up to check-in, or quickly drop-off using the turning circle.
Pick up location is back at the Water Towers to allow your rider to explore a bit high in the trail network and find their new favorite trail!
RIDE #3 Overview
Meet your guide at Blueridge Park just off of Berkely Avenue / Hyannis Drive.
Throughout this ride we’ll get to ride some new trails and start to explore what Mt Seymour has to offer!
We’ll climb up, pedal across, and ride down the mountain for an action packed ride.
Expect plenty of opportunities to put your riding skills into practice as we wind our way through this complex network of trails.
RIDE #4 Overview
Drive & park on Braemar Rd between Princess Ave and Regent Ave. Please Note there is limited parking near the Start/End location.
Meet your guide at the Braemar Tennis Courts at the base of the trail "For the Kids"
We will explore some of the lower Fromme trails on the west side of the mountian.
RIDE #5 Overview
Today we are meeting at McCartney Park!
Time to get techy! With some open areas, technical terrain, and some flow, this ride is set to give us some fun challenges.
In the process, we will get better at a few skills, helping us get to the top of the tails and down more easily when things get rocky.
RIDE #6 Overview
Meet your guide at the Mt. Fromme Water Towers just above the Parking Lot for check-in.
As we approach the finale of our program, it's time to put your skills to the test! This ride focuses on leveling up your technique and tackling some of Mt. Fromme's classic trails with newfound confidence. We'll work on linking features, flow, and reading the terrain ahead, key skills that will take your riding to the next level.

We are meeting at the Braemar Tennis Courts today.
Throughout this ride, we’ll get to ride some new trails and start to explore more of what Mt. Fromme has to offer!
We’ll climb up, pedal across, and ride down the mountain for an action-packed ride.

RIDE #8 Overview
Our final ride will take place in a whole new trail network. For this ride, we will be moving to Mt. Seymour!
You’ll meet your guide in the Mushroom Parking Lot (on the 2nd switchback of Mt. Seymour Road).
Our ride will include far more down than up, although you can still expect to turn those pedals!
We’ll explore all that Mt. Seymour has to offer, taking in the amazing forest & challenging ourselves on fun features along the way.
